Role Overview

Field Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy & Execution:

  • Plan and execute regional events — industry conferences, roundtables, and CXO dinners — to engage prospects and customers.
  • Sales Enablement:

  • Partner with the GTM team to create regional campaign assets, event follow-ups, and ABM support materials.
  • Partner Marketing:

  • Work with technology and channel partners to co-market events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Pipeline Influence:

  • Align field activities with regional sales priorities; measure ROI and track pipeline impact from each campaign.
  • Content & Collateral:

  • Customize messaging, decks, and success stories for vertical-specific field campaigns (BFSI, Manufacturing, Enterprise).
  • Lead Nurturing:

  • Drive post-event engagement through personalized outreach in collaboration with SDR and AE teams.
  • Brand Experience:

  • Ensure consistent SPOG.ai branding and messaging across all offline and digital touchpoints.


Ideal Candidate

  • 4–7 years of experience in

    Field Marketing / Event Marketing / B2B Enterprise Marketing

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    B2B technology marketing

    — preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise risk domains.
  • Proven track record in managing

    end-to-end events

    (concept → execution → post-event ROI).
  • Excellent communication, vendor management, and project coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Canva, LinkedIn Ads, or other CRM/marketing platforms.
  • Self-starter with a creative mindset and strong collaboration skills.
