Field Marketing Manager

Role Overview: As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for offline channels. Your main focus will be on nationwide ATL/BTL and digital marketing strategies in consultation with sales teams and management. You will also play a key role in new product launches, brand enhancement, network expansion, budgeting, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and monitor nationwide ATL/BTL and digital marketing strategies in consultation with sales teams and management. - Plan and monitor new product launches, evaluate their effectiveness, and suggest new product categories and SKUs to R&D and management. - Implement offline marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive sales at regional and state levels. - Manage and expand networks, including retail, institutional clients, and distribution channels. - Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and ROI for offline marketing efforts, utilizing tools like Zoho, Lead Management Software, and Power BI for performance tracking. - Build and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team, promoting innovation and collaboration. - Collaborate with sales, product, and digital marketing teams to ensure integrated efforts and identify new market opportunities for promotional campaigns. - Negotiate with agencies for optimal media deals and advertisements. Qualifications Required: - MBA or B.Sc. in Agriculture with 5+ years of experience in marketing, focusing on offline channels. - Proven experience in leadership roles such as State Head or Regional Manager. - Expertise in retail management, network expansion, and client handling. - Proficiency in marketing tools like Zoho and Lead Management Software. - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.,
