As a Senior HR Executive at a Packing tape manufacturer company in Coimbatore, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Sound knowledge of a broad range of HR areas including sourcing, performance, reward, learning & development - Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system - Managing employee attendance and leave records - Identifying training needs and recommending appropriate training for personnel - Providing administrative support in the day-to-day operations of the organization - Handling recruitment, statutory compliance, training & development, employee engagement, general administration, and complete HR functions of the manufacturing plant Required Competencies: - A minimum of experience in a similar HR role - Strong presentation and communication management skills - Familiarity with benefits such as ESIC and EPF Educational Qualification: - MBA in HR, MSW in HR, or PGDPM Please note that the salary for this position ranges from 25000 to 35000, and the employment type is full-time and permanent.
