Field Marketing Manager

As the Field Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness in your assigned geographical area. You will work closely with the sales team, as well as other marketing and product development teams, to create and implement successful marketing campaigns tailored to the needs of your region.

Responsibilities of the Field Marketing Manager at IPL Biologicals include:

1. Developing and executing regional marketing plans to drive demand and increase brand awareness

2. Collaborating with the sales team to identify target customer segments, key influencers, and key opinion leaders

3. Organizing and participating in key industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and engage with customers and key stakeholders

4. Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape

5. Creating and delivering compelling marketing materials, including sales collateral, promotional materials, and digital assets

6. Managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI for marketing initiatives

7. Providing training and support to the sales team on marketing campaigns and product positioning

8. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in your region
