Job Description

  • Bachelor (s)/master(s) degree in microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field.

  • Proven expertise in scaling microbial fermentation processes from lab to industrial scale.

  • Strong understanding of microbial cultures, anaerobic/aerobic fermentation processes, and downstream processing techniques.

  • Experience with fermentation equipment, reactors, control systems, and process automation.

  • Knowledge of quality control standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory requirements for bio-fertilizer production.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot fermentation processes.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

  • Proficiency in SAP, ERP, Microsoft & Analytical ability for process control and monitoring
