Key Tasks
- Administer assigned operational activities related to managing cross-trade shipments: coordinating with colleagues in Copenhagen and at origins, destinations, carriers to ensure timely shipment delivery etc.
- Coordination with UN suppliers
- Receive, execute and update orders in systems (CW1, Customer ERPs etc)
- Retrieve stored information, place orders or respond to customer enquiries
- Report issues, exceptions and events during execution of operational activities
