Job Description: Driver Recruiter Executive Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Driver Recruiter Executive to join our team. The role involves sourcing, screening, onboarding, and managing drivers to ensure smooth operational requirements are met. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, networking, and people-management skills, with the ability to build a strong pool of reliable drivers. Key Responsibilities Driver Recruitment & Sourcing Identify and source potential drivers through multiple channels Build and maintain a strong pipeline of drivers to meet current and future business needs. Screening & Selection Verify driver documents such as license, ID proof, address proof, and background checks. Evaluate driver skills, experience, and behavioral fit through interviews and test drives (if applicable). Shortlist and select drivers as per company policies and client requirements. Onboarding & Training Guide selected drivers through the onboarding process, ensuring completion of all compliance and documentation. Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize drivers with company policies, safety standards, and customer service expectations. Driver Relationship Management Act as a single point of contact for driver queries, concerns, and grievances during the hiring process. Ensure drivers have a positive experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding cycle. Maintain regular follow-ups with new drivers to support retention. Reporting & Coordination Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports. Coordinate with operations, HR, and other departments to ensure seamless driver deployment. Meet weekly and monthly driver hiring targets as set by management. 1 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in driver or blue-collar hiring. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages. Ability to work in field recruitment and handle high-volume hiring. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, spreadsheets, email).
