About Drivers4Me: Drivers4Me is a leading platform offering professional driver services on-demand for both B2B and B2C sectors. We specialize in providing reliable, verified, and trained drivers for various travel needs, including city trips, outstation travel, and mini-outstation trips. Job Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. The role involves overseeing and managing daily operations, coordinating between customers and drivers, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the company’s services. This role is key in maintaining high service quality standards and achieving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Managing Daily Operations: Supervise and streamline daily operations, ensuring efficient delivery of service to customers. Driver Coordination: Allocate and manage drivers, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs while maintaining service quality. Customer Coordination: Address customer concerns, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and satisfaction is maintained. Service Quality Assurance: Ensure that drivers adhere to quality and safety standards. Monitor and improve service standards. Inventory Management: Oversee the maintenance and availability of vehicles, ensuring that the fleet is ready for use when needed. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of operational activities, bookings, driver performance, and customer feedback. Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot operational issues that arise and take necessary action to resolve them. Achieving Targets: Work with senior management to meet operational goals and KPIs, contributing to the company’s growth. Requirements: Educational Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s degree Experience: management, preferably in transportation or logistics. Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage both drivers and customer relationships effectively. Proficient in using technology and mobile apps for operations management. Knowledge of local transportation regulations and policies is a plus. Leadership: Ability to lead a team and ensure smooth coordination between all departments. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in English .
