About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage invoicing, collections and financial documentations for our crane rental operations. The role involves ensuring accurate billing, timely follow-ups on receivables and coordination with sales and operations teams. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and issue invoices for crane rental services based on contracts, work orders, and utilization reports as well as validate agreements before billing. Track receivables, follow up with clients for timely payments, and reconcile customer accounts while maintaining accurate billing records and documentation. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, and accounts) to ensure smooth billing, collections, and compliance with GST, TDS and statutory regulations. Prepare journal entries, trial balances, general ledger reconciliations, and financial statements (Balance Sheets, P&L). Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts as well as reconcile bank, vendor and inter-company accounts. Assist with audits, handle audit queries, and ensure adherence to statutory requirements while maintaining robust internal controls and accounting procedures. Analyze financial statements and provide insights for management decision-making. Qualifications & Skills: B.Com/BBA/Master’s degree in Accounting or any equivalent degree like CA, CMA, or CPA 2-3 years’ experience in billing/accounts (rental/logistics industry preferred). Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and MS Excel. Familiarity with GST, TDS, E-invoicing, E-way bills and compliance. Strong communication and follow-up skills.
