Job Title: Accounts Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage invoicing, collections and

financial documentations for our crane rental operations. The role involves ensuring accurate billing, timely

follow-ups on receivables and coordination with sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue invoices for crane rental services based on contracts, work orders, and utilization

reports as well as validate agreements before billing.

  • Track receivables, follow up with clients for timely payments, and reconcile customer accounts while

maintaining accurate billing records and documentation.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, and accounts) to ensure smooth billing, collections,

and compliance with GST, TDS and statutory regulations.

  • Prepare journal entries, trial balances, general ledger reconciliations, and financial statements (Balance

Sheets, P&L).

  • Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts as well as reconcile bank, vendor and

inter-company accounts.

  • Assist with audits, handle audit queries, and ensure adherence to statutory requirements while

maintaining robust internal controls and accounting procedures.

  • Analyze financial statements and provide insights for management decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • B.Com/BBA/Master’s degree in Accounting or any equivalent degree like CA, CMA, or CPA
  • 2-3 years’ experience in billing/accounts (rental/logistics industry preferred).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, E-invoicing, E-way bills and compliance.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
