Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Recruiter located in Thane. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates for various positions. The role includes collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Additional tasks include maintaining candidate databases, coordinating interviews, and providing a positive candidate experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
