Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  end-to-end executive search

  assignments from research and sourcing to assessment and offer closure.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needs and business priorities.
  

• Source, evaluate, and engage top-tier professionals

  using LinkedIn, databases, and targeted search strategies.
• Manage and maintain strong

  candidate relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  
• 2–4 years of proven experience in recruitment or executive search, preferably within leadership or senior-level hiring.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Proficiency in

  LinkedIn search and sourcing

  techniques.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple mandates effectively.
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
