Talent Acquisition Specialist ( Bangalore North )

Sourcing and Talent Acquisition
Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
Candidate Relationship Management
Leadership hiring: End to end process involvement from screening resumes to conducting interviews to assessing fitment.
Strong Prospecting experience using LinkedIn.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1year to 4 years, 0Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
