Key Responsibilities: Prepare and update daily guard deployment schedules and duty rosters . Maintain accurate records of attendance, shift timings, and leaves . Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements and address queries. Communicate with field supervisors and security personnel regarding shift changes and site updates. Support the recruitment process by maintaining a database of available guards and scheduling interviews. Manage records for uniform and ID card issuance . Maintain incident reports, guard feedback, and site compliance documentation . Assist in preparing reports and MIS data for management review. Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams to process salary inputs based on verified attendance. Ensure all operational data is accurately updated and systematically filed . Preferred candidate profile: Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. Experience in operations coordination or admin roles ( security services background preferred ). Good communication skills both verbal and written. Proficient in MS Office , especially Excel and Word. Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up abilities. Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
