Responsibilities

◆ Leadership and DirectionCommunicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team; explain the relationship to the broader organization's mission, vision and values; motivate people to commit to these and to doing extraordinary things to achieve local business goals.◆ Customer Relationship Development / ProspectingDevelop and implement a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers within the customer organization and to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues.◆ Sales Opportunities CreationDevelop a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at business sector events. Obtain market intelligence and enhance the visibility and reputation of the organization, its products, and its services.◆ Sell Customer PropositionsUse personal expertise to identify the complex standard products and/or services offered by the organization that meet the customer's needs, together with quantities and product configurations. Present these to the customer with a clear rationale and at standard commercial terms, referring to senior colleagues where necessary to ask for concessions (e.g., price reduction) that gain the customer's agreement.◆ Promoting Customer FocusCollaborate internally and work as the customer champion in cross-functional teams to build strong external customer relationships.◆ Customer Relationship Management (CRM) DataEnter customer information that has been gathered through research and/or through direct customer contact into the customer relationship management system, to ensure that the organization has quality data to enable effective customer retention and business development activities OR Ensure that team members maintain up-to-date customer relationship management data, identifying and resolving issues.◆ Policy Development & ImplementationHelp develop procedures for an area of the organization, and monitor their implementation.◆ Organizational Capability BuildingUse the organization's formal development framework to identify the team's individual development needs. Education

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level in Instrumentation and Electronics

General Experience

Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others (Over 8 years to 12 years)Specific Experience in handling Indian Customers in Refinery and petrochemical Sector. Hands on experience with Public sectors like EIL, BPCL, HPCL and IOCL and Private players like Reliance, Nayara etc..Experience with Private EPC/DEC like Toyo, Technip, Technimont ICB, Worli, TKIS etc is desirable.Working knowledge of Centum VP and Prosafe Hardware is a must. Experience in CI server, PIMS Software and Legacy Yokogawa DCS systems will be an added advantage.

Managerial Experience
