As part of our expansion, we are looking for a motivated and skilled Executive Manager to lead our sales department and oversee daily operations.

Position Overview

The Executive Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, driving business growth, and ensuring smooth operations across all departments. This role requires strong leadership, strategic sales planning, and the ability to identify and develop new market opportunities for FlyPower products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product visibility and market share.
  • Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail clients.
  • Oversee production and ensure product quality meets company standards.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and expand into new regions or outlets.
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Develop marketing plans and promotional campaigns to support product sales.
  • Maintain awareness of competitors’ products, pricing, and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG or detergent/liquid manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
