Position Overview

The Salesman will be responsible for visiting shops daily, taking product orders, and achieving daily sales targets. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and passionate about sales, with good knowledge of local markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail shops and supermarkets daily to promote FlyPower products.
• Take product orders accurately and ensure timely submission.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with shop owners and customers.
• Ensure product availability and visibility in stores.
• Collect feedback from customers and report to the sales manager.
• Monitor competitor products and pricing.
• Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams for smooth order handling.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
• Previous experience in FMCG or field sales preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work independently and travel locally.
• Basic knowledge of sales reporting and record-keeping.
