Summary: To lead and manage retail operations across multiple cities outside Kerala, ensuring consistent brand performance, profitability, and operational excellence across all showrooms within the assigned zone. For the position of Zonal Retail Manager Watch Showrooms (Outside Kerala Region) for locations including Coimbatore, Pondicherry, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Lucknow. Key Responsibilities : Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Strategize promotional activities and local marketing initiatives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities for continuous improvement. Oversee daily operations of multiple watch showrooms across the assigned zone. Ensure adherence to SOPs, visual merchandising, and brand standards.
