Cluster Manager

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a

  Cluster Manager

  or similar leadership role in the

  Retail industry

  .
• Strong

  people management skills

  , having handled a minimum of

  3 to 15 retail stores

  and managed a team of

  30+ staff

  .
• Ability to

  plan and organize store visit calendars

  effectively.
• Willingness to

  travel 1520 days per month

  across cluster locations.
• Responsible for

  driving sales targets

  across all stores within the assigned region.
• Lead

  strategic initiatives

  , implement training programs to improve

  store productivity

  and efficiency.
• Demonstrated

  leadership qualities

  in motivating and managing store managers and front-line staff.
• Strong

  B2C and Retail sales

  background with a proven track record.
• Experience in

  recruitment, onboarding, and staff training

  .
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Excel

  for data analysis, reporting, and business insights.
• Ability to assess

  store performance

  based on

  catchment area and city potential

  .

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of

  3–4 years’ experience

  as a

  Store Manager

  and

  2+ years

  as a

  Cluster Manager

  in the

  Retail industry

  .
• Experience in

  watch retail

  will be given preference.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
