Customer Care Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our clients.

Role Summary:

• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Review and collect feedback from customers to identify areas for service improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
• Support the sales team in achieving store targets and maintaining store standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Prior experience in sales or retail is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• A team player with a customer-first approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
