Job Description

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Address queries regarding products, services, orders, and policies.
  • Record and maintain accurate details of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Register, track, and resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (service, sales, logistics, etc.) to ensure effective resolution.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM or complaint management system.
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback, issues, and resolutions for management review.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling customer complaints and escalations.
  • Strive to achieve performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
