Company Overview

FlyPower is a manufacturing company producing detergent and dishwashing liquids, known for its quality and reliability. We are looking for a trustworthy and responsible Collection Officer to handle payment collections from shops and distributors across the region.

Position Overview

The Collection Officer will be responsible for visiting shops daily, collecting payments from customers, and submitting them safely to the company. The ideal candidate should be honest, punctual, and have good communication and record-keeping skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail shops and distributors daily to collect outstanding payments.
• Issue proper receipts for all collected amounts.
• Maintain accurate daily records of collections and customer accounts.
• Coordinate with the sales and accounts departments to update payment status.
• Handle cash responsibly and submit it to the company office on time.
• Report any payment delays or customer issues immediately.
• Build and maintain good relationships with shop owners and clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma (college degree is a plus).
• Prior experience in cash collection or fieldwork preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility and honesty in handling money.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must be punctual, disciplined, and well-organized.
• Familiarity with local routes and areas in Tbilisi and nearby regions.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
