Proposal Development:Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and prepare formal proposal & share with customers in discussion with consult sales team.Draft, edit, and finalize proposals, ensuring they meet client deadlines.Tailor proposal content to align with client needs and industry standards.Coordination and Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, to gather required inputs for proposals.Maintain regular communication with clients & follow up to clarify requirements when necessary.Documentation and Formatting:Prepare and organize all supporting documentation, such as technical specifications, compliance matrices, pricing sheets, and certifications.Ensure all proposals are formatted consistently and meet quality standards.Compliance and Quality Assurance:Ensure all proposals comply with the clients requirements, including technical and legal aspects.Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.Follow-Up:Track submitted proposals and coordinate with the sales team to address client queries.Maintain records of submitted proposals and feedback for continuous improvement.Prepare reports for sent quote & share with consult person.CommunicationUnderstand English, work requirement, should be able to write emailPreferred candidate profile:Candidate with basic understanding of work requirement, should be able to write emails, having knowledge of Ms Office, Excel , Power pointFresher candidate with computer skill also can applyPerks and benefits:Exposure to the role, lot of learning opportunity
