Executive Manager

As a Sustain Engineer within PepsiCo's Sustain and Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Warehouse-related digital applications that support PepsiCo's global supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will include serving as the primary liaison between product groups, end-users, internal teams, and vendors for Supply Chain & Enabling Function applications, driving proactive risk management, improving automation, and resolving issues to sustain PepsiCo's digital products. Your focus will be on supporting and optimizing the Global Supply Chain Applications, specifically related to Warehouse. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and mentor a team of application support analysts and partner with Operations Analyst to support Warehouse Applications - Coordinate team activities based on priority and urgency, driving a productive way of working across functional areas - Provide advanced technical support for complex application issues and root cause analysis - Act as the 1st layer of escalation to support CSMs and Operations Lead - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction - Review service reports in accordance with SLA agreements, driving standard support processes and best practices - Act as a liaison between DP&A Sustain & Operations teams to reduce obstacles and improve visibility on external risks - Plan and monitor the smooth transition of applications from Hypercare to Production Support - Review the strategy and planning of system maintenance and updates aligned with global/sector planned downtime calendars - Review and validate Service Level reporting meets SLAs - Celebrate success with SMILES awards or provide positive feedback to vendors & peers Qualifications: - 10-12 years of operations support and incident management experience - Minimum 3+ years of leadership and/or influencing experience - Familiarity with Supply Chain Workflows and experience in planning and executing product transitions to sustain methodologies - Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies - Bachelor's Degree - Technical Expertise Required: Experience in configuring workflows, automation, and platform customizations, Service Now ITSM Incident Management & Reporting Additional Company Details: The role of a Sustain Engineer at PepsiCo is critical in ensuring operational excellence, driving proactive risk management, and improving automation and issue resolution to sustain PepsiCo's digital products.
