Position Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, and supporting organizational growth through effective people management. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
Coordinate onboarding programs and ensure smooth induction of new employees.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Foster a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management
Assist in setting up appraisal systems and monitoring employee performance.
Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans.
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS Software.
Monitoring Timechamp application for analyzing the productivity of Employees.
Prepare HR reports (attendance, payroll inputs, etc.).
Support in the implementation of inhouse HRMS Software
Coordination of in-house HR portal implementation for clients.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning sessions.
Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
Policy Implementation
Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies.
Ensure adherence to organizational standards and legal requirements.
HR Analytics & Reporting
Utilize data-driven insights to improve HR processes and employee engagement.
Prepare dashboards for management on attrition, recruitment metrics, and workforce trends.
Employee Wellness & Diversity
Implement wellness programs and mental health initiatives.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices within the organization.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations.
Conduct periodic audits of HR processes to mitigate risks.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Coordinate with finance for accurate payroll processing.
Manage employee benefits and insurance programs, whenever needed.
Technology & Automation
Drive automation in HR processes using HRMS and other tools.
Stay updated on HR tech trends for process optimization.
Qualifications & Skills
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Management.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
