Job Summary:

Executive HR will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple HR functions and contribute to creating a positive and productive workplace environment.

Job Location- Gurgaon- onsite (5 Days Work from office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment delivery within the pre-defined metrics of recruitment budget and time.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to offer acceptance.
  • Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect requirements.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for open positions.
  • Conduct background checks, and reference checks.
  • Campus hiring: Develop and executive campus recruitment campaigns.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and make recommendations for process improvements where necessary.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure data integrity.
  • Handle exits process for the resigned employees
  • Handling employee grievances, if any and updating the employees with policies, compliances, and regulations
  • Handling and managing data/records of each employee of the organization.
  • Play a key role in implementation of Employee Engagement Programs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate documentation to ensure legal compliance with employment practices, policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Maintaining candidate database and trackers. Prepare various recruitment reports, trackers and dashboards for interval reference and sharing with the business/stakeholders.
  • Conduct engagement activities like Rewards & Recognition, celebrations around festivals birthdays etc.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR matters, such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
  • Partner in the process of Policy formation; and ensure implementation and adherence to the policies.

What are we looking at?

  • Preferably have a relevant postgraduate degree (MBA/Masters in an HR discipline).
  • 2-4 years of recruiting and sourcing experience. Preferably in analytic hiring.
  • Strong understanding of selection, onboarding, training, performance appraisal, exit formalities, induction, joining formalities, and employee engagement best practices.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and possess knack for data
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
