The ideal HR Consultant will possess in-depth knowledge of human resource management and has worked in both manufacturing and startup environments. Experience in HR Consulting will be an added advantage. A person must be a disruptive thinker, and problem-solver, good at communication, and able to work in an ambiguous environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
(70%):
Talent Acquisition
: - Lead end-to-end recruitment process for Tech Consulting Roles (Domains: AI/ML, SAP, Python, Data Science, Data Science, Full Stack etc) from MRF Approvals - Sourcing Screening Organizing Interview Feedback - Selection (S2S) Placement.
- Initiation of Employee Code Generation in System and MIS.
- Optimization of Candidate Evaluation Mechanism & Suggestion for Improvements.
- SPOC for Early Recruits w.r.t. Induction, FAQs, Touchbase for concerns, providing guidance and solutions.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including orientation and TA Audit works.
- TA MIS: Gather, analyze, and present HR metrics to stake-holders.
- Preparing Org Structure and Update as and when required.
- Maintaining High Degree of Talent Pool Through Ensure Sourcing Mix (External & Internal).
- Driving Internship Program & Cost Savings through alternative mode of hiring (social media, IJP, Referrals, Informal Tech Communities, recruitment drives).
- Optimization of Diversity Hiring in Tech Space.
- Managing Alumni Relationships.
Mode of Hiring & Endorsing Employer Brand for Recognition
: - Social media: Using Social-Media as effective tool for hiring (Eg. Linkedin) : 25%-30% Hiring.
- Consulting Partners: Developing Recruitment Partners for increasing recruitment effectiveness, liaison with campus for Internship Programs.
- Talent Communities: Developing Tech Skills Communities through teams-app channels etc.
- TA Forums: Presenting AM Digital Consulting at Brand for attracting Talent.
- Great Place to Work: Contribute to GPTW framework from Trust audit.
Talent Acquisition Infra
: - Yearly TA Budget Planning: Participate and Define Yearly Budgetary Planning w.r.t. Headcount and Sourcing Mix.
- Finalization of Planned HC for TA Action: Define the Job Description (Work Experience, Reporting Relationship, Competencies).
- IT Support and Compliance Training: Support IT w.r.t. IT Asset Planning + Employee Code Generations, Compliance Training & Collection of Certificates and Refresher Training.
- Support to HR Operations & Audit Compliance: Complete Documentation for hired resources w.r.t. Onboarding and Compliance, BGV, Heath Check-Up, Initial Support (Leave Management System etc), Payroll Data Upload to HR Operations).
- Resume Database: Keep the Data-Base Updated w.r.t. Creating Talent Pool for Future Hirings.
- TA Digitalization Initiatives: Support the implementation and optimization of HR softwareand tools.
- Data Protection and Privacy: Ensure data integrity and security in HR systems.
HR Generalist
(30%):
- Performance Management System & Strategic Initiatives: 15%
- Assurance of Goal Sheet Update in PMS Portal within 30 days of Hiring by Hired Resource.
- Assurance of Timely Probation Period Evaluation of hired resource.
- Train the Hired Resources in designing their Goal Sheet and Upload on PMS Portal.
- Support PMS (Mid-Year & Annual) initiatives for employees i.e. Mid-Year & End Year Review of Hired Resources.
- Ensuring Closure of Quarterly / Half Yearly / Annual Performance Review with RM of Hired Resources.
- Contribute to Strategic Initiatives of HR.
- Employee Engagement: 10%
- Connect with Employee on their FAQs.
- Lead and participate in culture Building Initiatives & Suggest good practices.
- Lead One Quarter of CY as Employee Engagement Champion.
- Help in Designing Employee News-Letters.
- Support GPTW inputs.
- L&D & Regulations: 5%
- Training of AMU Portal's Know-How.
- Assurance of Completion of AMDC Training Basket for Hired resources (Compliance, PMS, Basics of Industry, Calendar Update, Dos/Don't, CoC, Understanding of Culture).
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Academic Background -
- MBA (Full Time) from Good College in HR.
- B-Tech / BBA / BSc (Maths) shall be preferred.
Industry Experience
- Any or IT/Consulting/ Service.
Work location
- Noida (WFO 3 Days, WFH 2 Days*); *subject to Reporting Manager.
