Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support end-to-end
talent acquisition
, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination with hiring managers
Assist in posting job openings on job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels
Maintain and update
candidate databases
and recruitment trackers
Support
onboarding activities
such as documentation, induction coordination, and joining formalities
Assist in day-to-day
HR operations
, including employee records, attendance tracking, and HR documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth recruitment and HR process execution
Provide support in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
Ensure adherence to HR policies and organizational guidelines
Handle basic employee queries and provide HR support as required

Preferred candidate profile

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
(mandatory)
Fresher or up to
1 year of experience
in HR/recruitment
Strong interest in
talent acquisition and HR operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR fundamentals
Proficiency in
MS Excel, MS Word
, and email communication
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
