Job Description

Executive to Group Head HR requires a female candidate with manufacturing and corporate experience supports end-to-end HR operations across group entities. This role demands expertise in diverse sectors for effective coordination and compliance.

Job Title

Assistant to Group Head – Human Resources

Reporting To: Group Head – HR
Experience Required: 3–5 years (with exposure to both manufacturing and corporate environments)
Qualification: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent

Job Purpose

Supports the Group Head – HR in managing HR functions for group companies spanning manufacturing and corporate operations. Ensures seamless coordination, compliance, and reporting while handling sector-specific challenges like factory compliance and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

HR Coordination and Reporting

  • Collaborate directly with Group Head – HR and company HR teams for timely reports and dashboards.
  • Track HR metrics across manufacturing plants and corporate offices, providing consolidated updates.

Recruitment and Talent Management

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, including JDs for shop-floor roles in manufacturing and professional positions in corporate functions.
  • Manage onboarding tailored to industrial safety training and corporate inductions.

HR Operations and Compliance

  • Oversee payroll, statutory compliances (e.g., labor laws for factories, PF/ESIC), and generalist activities.
  • Draft JDs, SOPs, and policies adapted for manufacturing regulations and corporate governance.

Employee Relations

  • Foster relations with factory workers, plant heads, and corporate executives to ensure task completion.
  • Handle grievances in high-volume manufacturing settings and professional corporate environments.

Administration and Support

  • Manage admin tasks like facility upkeep for plants/offices, vendor coordination, and safety protocols.
  • Support travel, assets, and supplies across diverse locations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • MBA (HR) with 3–5 years experience in both manufacturing (e.g., factory HR, compliance) and corporate (e.g., office ops, policy) settings.
  • Expertise in recruitment, payroll/statutory, policy/SOP creation; proficient in MS Office/HRIS.
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and relationship-building for cross-level interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
