Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for talent acquisition, managing the complete recruitment process, and working closely with Department Managers to understand needs and develop position profiles. Additionally, you will be evaluating candidates, handling employee separation processes, monitoring HR processes, and supporting performance management and training needs assessments. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience in sourcing, negotiation, and maintaining a good offer-to-joining ratio - Understanding company processes and systems to develop job descriptions, KRAs, and incentive schemes - Assessing candidates on relevant parameters for role suitability - Managing employee separation processes - Monitoring key HR processes like monthly review, attendance tracking, and leave management - Supporting performance management processes and goal planning - Assessing team training needs and areas of improvement - Conducting one-on-one discussions with employees for onboarding and feedback - Implementing strategies to control absenteeism, attrition, and employee grievances Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in Business Administration with HR specialization - 2 to 4 years of HR experience in a mid to large-size company - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Leadership qualities and a sense of ownership for responsibilities - Good knowledge of recruitment, performance appraisal, and employee engagement - Experience in the Real Estate sector or willingness to work in this sector is preferred Company Additional Details: This is a work from office opportunity with a six-day work week.
