In your role, your key responsibilities will include: - Executing plans to stay in communication with all INTECHians during various life events, such as instances of illness, family bereavement, medical emergencies, hospitalizations, and personal or professional challenges. - Creating and implementing plans to provide attentive listening to INTECHians through regular team or one-on-one interactions. - Ensuring maximum participation in all INTECH initiatives. - Collaborating in the creation, scheduling, and management of employee engagement activities. - Acting as a PR representative and cultural ambassador at the organizational level within INTECH. - Facilitating various occasions for employee connections, including welcoming new joiners in person or via video calls, celebrating weddings and anniversaries, congratulating employees on childbirth, supporting colleagues during bereavements, acknowledging promotions, and maintaining regular touchpoints with employees. - Keeping the Employee connect tracker updated to demonstrate the efforts invested in fostering robust people relations with INTECHians. - Providing support in basic HR functions and assisting the leadership team in Ahmedabad. - Engaging in branding events, managing employee gifting, and coordinating with vendors.
