Full Time
· Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, cloud services, and data centers.
· Ensure system availability, performance, security, and scalability.
· Oversee IT asset management (hardware/software inventory, procurement, lifecycle).
· Administer firewalls, VPNs, antivirus solutions, and endpoint security tools.
· Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT infrastructure support and AMC renewals.
· Implement and monitor backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
· Support IT audits, compliance requirements, and security standards (ISO, GDPR, etc.).
· Provide Level 2/3 support to resolve escalated issues.
· Mentor and guide junior IT executives and support staff.
· Drive cost optimization and process improvements in IT infrastructure management.
Hybrid work model, either Pune or Hyderabad
· Joining within 30-45 days
· Selected candidate is required to work as per India Time (IST) 90% of time / European Time (CET/GMT) 10% of time.
· 5 Days/Week; As of now, we are operating out of home but whenever resource shall be called in office then arrangement shall be of 3 Days from Office / 2 Days from Home
