About the Role We are looking for a highly competent, discreet, and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to support our Managing Partner across a wide range of business and administrative functions. This is not a static desk job. It is a dynamic, full-spectrum support role that requires attention to detail, situational awareness, and quiet confidence. You will be entrusted with managing time, priorities, communication, and operations on a day-to-day basisâwhile also being present, observant, and solutions-oriented. The role demands both professionalism and intuition, the ability to operate independently, and the grace to handle high-pressure environments with poise. Key Responsibilities Manage and structure daily schedules, calendars, appointments, and high-level priorities with foresight and precision Coordinate across clients, developers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless flow of communication and deliverables Draft, refine, and manage professional correspondence across email, WhatsApp, and other platforms with discretion and clarity Prepare briefing notes, presentations, summaries, and documents required for meetings and strategic decisions Maintain digital task trackers, documents, and workflows to support operational efficiency Accompany the Managing Partner to meetings, visits, and engagementsâoffering real-time, anticipatory support throughout the day Handle limited but critical personal coordination, including appointments, reservations, and scheduling with professionalism Operate as an intelligent filter and gatekeeperâmanaging demands on the Principalâs time while ensuring timely follow-through Support daily execution and long-term planning alikeâthinking ahead, staying organized, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Qualifications · Bachelorâs degree required; fields such as Business, Hospitality, Communications, Banking, or Management preferred · Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Chief-of-Staffâtype capacity) · Fluent in English and Hindi, with refined verbal and written communication skills · Exceptionally well-presented, composed, and poised in fast-paced, high-stakes environments · High emotional intelligence with the ability to exercise discretion, diplomacy, and sound judgment · Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex workflows independently · Tech-fluent: proficient with Google Workspace, WhatsApp Web, cloud-based task managers, scheduling platforms, and digital tools · Trustworthy, proactive, and service-orientedâsomeone who anticipates needs and consistently operates with foresight and initiative · Experience interfacing with high-net-worth individuals or working within real estate or senior executive settings is preferred, but not mandatory What We Offer A highly visible role working alongside executive leadership at a legacy firm of national standing Daily exposure to top-tier stakeholders âincluding HNIs, developers, investors, and global partners An opportunity to develop exceptional strategic, operational, and executive support skills A culture that values intelligence, integrity, and initiativeâoffering mentorship and long-term growth A front-facing, fast-paced environment where your contribution will directly shape performance and efficiency Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with skill, impact, and reliability.
