Role Responsibilities Manage executive's calendars and scheduling of appointments. Coordinate meetings and conferences, including logistics and materials preparation. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents. Handle confidential information with discretion. Conduct research and compile data for reports and projects. Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and financial reports. Monitor deadlines for various projects and follow up as necessary. Provide support for travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations. Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external clients. Organize and maintain files and records. Prepare agendas for meetings and record minutes. Assist with event planning and coordination. Perform general office duties, such as maintaining inventories and office supplies. Manage and track project timelines, ensuring all projects are completed on schedule. Support the development and implementation of office policies and procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printer, fax machine). Basic understanding of office management procedures. Willingness to take initiatives and adapt to changing priorities. Relevant certifications are a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of project management tools is advantageous.
