Job Description

Role Responsibilities Develop and implement export marketing strategies to promote products in international markets. Conduct thorough market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the export sector. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals and objectives. Manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility. Analyze competitive environment and adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare and manage budgets for export marketing campaigns. Drive digital marketing initiatives to enhance the company's online presence globally. Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance. Work closely with the sales team to support product launches and sales strategies. Organize and participate in trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our products. Collaborate with other departments to create promotional materials and ensure brand consistency. Evaluate customer feedback to continually improve marketing strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging markets to leverage for growth opportunities. Train and mentor team members on export marketing best practices. Report on marketing performance and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in export marketing or international business development. Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns in global markets. Strong understanding of export regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms. Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data and trends. Ability to lead and inspire a marketing team. Experience in customer engagement and relationship management. Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset. Willingness to travel for business as needed. Adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
