Job Description

Role Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate screening. Conduct initial interviews and evaluations of potential candidates. Support employee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Maintain employee records by ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. Collaborate with senior HR staff to develop recruitment strategies. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities. Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for staff development. Support HR analytics by compiling and analyzing workforce data. Contribute to the development and execution of HR policies. Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with the company values. Document and track ongoing HR projects and initiatives. Assist in performance management and appraisal processes. Participate in HR meetings and provide input on HR matters. Stay updated with HR best practices and industry trends. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not mandatory. Understanding of HR software and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. Customer-service orientation. Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and responsibilities.
