Graphic Designer

Job Description

Role Responsibilities Develop and design engaging graphics for various digital platforms. Create visual concepts that communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all visuals. Prepare and present design concepts to clients and team members for approval. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies. Incorporate feedback into design revisions effectively and timely. Utilize design software and tools to produce high-quality images and graphics. Assist in the development of brand identity and guidelines. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with the desired goals. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop unique design solutions. Work alongside developers to integrate graphics into web and application interfaces. Conduct research to understand industry trends and competitor’s designs. Maintain organized files and resources for design projects. Support the marketing team with additional design needs as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, or related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role. Portfolio showcasing creative design projects and a variety of styles. Strong knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus. Ability to work on-site at our office in India. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to take constructive criticism and work under tight deadlines. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and precision. Creative thinker with problem-solving skills. Experience with UI/UX design principles is a plus. Knowledge of print design processes and specifications. Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus. Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
