Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
Create short-form and long-form videos using AI tools and creative editing techniques.
Develop storytelling-driven video content using AI platforms like Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Stable Diffusion, Recraft, or similar tools.
Work collaboratively with social media and marketing teams to deliver visually appealing creatives.
Convert ideas into unique visuals, infographics, reels, animations, and brand elements.
Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
Brainstorm creative concepts, campaign ideas, and new visual directions.
Stay updated on design trends, AI video advancements, and industry best practices.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with timely delivery.

Required Skills

2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Creative Designer.
Strong mastery of tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva.
Hands-on experience with AI video creation platforms (Runway, Pika, Synthesia, or similar).
Ability to create reels, motion graphics, transitions, and short video edits.
Strong aesthetic sense with attention to typography, color, layout, and storytelling.
Ability to convert brief ideas into visually impressive outputs.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Recraft, or other AI image-generation tools.
Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects.
Ability to create brand guidelines, UI mockups, or pitch decks.
Creative thinking for promotional videos, case-study videos, and product demos.
Experience designing for tech brands or SaaS companies.
