Responsibilities : -Customer Interaction: Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally. -Issue Resolution: Resolve complaints or escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams. -Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of the companys products, services, policies, and procedures. -Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive customer experience and strive for first-contact resolution. -Documentation: Log interactions and updates accurately in the CRM system. -Performance Metrics: Meet targets such as response time, resolution time, QA, CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score), etc. -Team Collaboration: Work with other departments (technical, product, etc.) to resolve customer issues. -Feedback Collection: Record customer feedback and suggestions for product/service improvement. Expected Skills: -Graduation from a relevant field. -Customer Service experience in the broking industry would be an added advantage. -Excellent at both verbal and written communication -Ability to form conversations. -1-4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing creative marketing and product designs. Collaborate with teams and efficiently coordinate across all deliverables. Make sure all work maintains the level of quality expected. You will design a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. Minimum 2-5 years successful professional design experience, preferably at a consumer startup product company, digital agency or in-house design team for a product-driven business. Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experienced in tools like Figma, Zeplin and other design development tools is a must. Strong portfolio of design work, showing solution to business problems through effective design. Able to present concepts and lead internal teams to the correct solution. A strong eye for visual composition. Deep knowledge with Web / app / visual / illustrations / art design processes Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
