Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans for international markets, focusing on growth opportunities with OEM clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities, analyze market trends, and understand competitor activities.
  • Generate and convert leads from international markets through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and OEM partners, including negotiating contracts and providing product information.
  • Coordinate and manage promotional campaigns tailored to different regions and develop and adapt marketing materials for international audiences.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure product strategies align with market needs and orders are fulfilled efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze export sales performance, manage the marketing budget, and ensure compliance with relevant export regulations and laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be a Postgraduate into Marketing or Internation Business.
  • Experience in managing marketing operations in multiple countries, handling diverse product portfolios, and navigating complex regulatory environments.
  • Proven experience in international marketing, business development, or sales, preferably with OEM clients.
  • Strong understanding of global market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
