JOB DESCRIPTION – EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Location: Sector 62, Noida | Hybrid (1st month) → Full Onsite

Preference: Female candidates (Noida / Ghaziabad / East Delhi – within ~1 hour commute from Sector 62, Noida)

About the Role

Employer is a Founder-driven HR consulting & talent execution partner helping startups and SMEs scale with the right people and productive workplaces.

We are hiring a smart, proactive Executive Assistant who will work closely with the Founder — enabling structured execution across business development, hiring delivery, project operations, and administrative priorities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a lean, entrepreneurial work style, takes ownership, and wants faster career progression than typical corporate hierarchies.

Key Responsibilities

Founder Office & Leadership Support

· Manage daily calendar, meetings, communications & priority tracking

· Join Founder for client meetings, business events & travel (local/outstation)

· Prepare briefs, presentations, minutes & follow-up dashboards

· Represent the Founder in business meeting & events as confidence grows

· Respectfully support personal tasks where required to ensure business continuity

HR & Delivery Operations

· Assist sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination for hiring mandates

· Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers & onboarding documents

· Liaise with clients, candidates & partners for project movement

Business & Operational Coordination

· Stakeholder management, procurement, office essentials & reimbursements

· Manage confidential records, logistics & courier coordination when necessary

· Support execution of internal initiatives and managed talent projects

What Makes You a Great Fit

· 1–3 years’ experience as EA/PA

(Freshers with exceptional communication can apply)

· Excellent verbal & written communication

· Smart, confident presence in meetings & external interactions

· Proficiency in Google Workspace + MS Office

· High ownership, adaptability & confidentiality mindset

· Willingness to stretch hours during critical business priorities

Work Structure

Mon–Sat | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Month 1: Hybrid working (WFH + meetings as required)

Post Month 1: Full onsite — Sector 62, Noida

Travel based on Founder’s schedules (fully reimbursed)

Compensation & Growth

· ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month based on capability & interviews
