Job Title: Airline Sales Person - Passenger Division Location: Jalandhar Position : Executive Salary : Upto 6 LPA Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Airline Sales Person to join our Passenger Division at our Jalandhar office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing organizational sales by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and overseeing the performance of the sales team. Develop a comprehensive business plan to drive sales, increase revenue, and control expenses within the Passenger Division. 2. Meet or exceed planned sales goals by effectively managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. 3. Set individual sales targets for the sales team and provide guidance and support to ensure targets are met. 4. Track sales goals, analyze sales data, and report results to management as necessary. 5. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maximize performance. 6. Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads, develop promotional strategies, and capitalize on market opportunities. 7. Actively promote the organization and its products to existing and potential customers through various channels. 8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth. 9. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including airline partners, travel agencies, and corporate clients. 10. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and foster business partnerships. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in airline sales or a similar role within the aviation industry. Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive business growth. Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends and opportunities. A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships. Flexibility to travel as required and work in a fast-paced environment.
