Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Key Accounts Officer to join our team in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for generating cargo revenue through proactive sales efforts, maintaining strong relationships with freight forwarders, consolidators, and other stakeholders, and representing the interests of our partner airlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, consolidators, and logistics providers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of cargo revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Hyderabad region.
• Regularly visit clients and maintain a robust customer engagement strategy.
• Negotiate rates and finalize deals within the approved pricing structure.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth handling of shipments.
• Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to the management team.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Ensure timely follow-up on payments and assist in credit control as required.
• Represent the company and partner airlines at industry events, meetings, and promotional activities.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline. A degree in Business, Logistics, or related fields is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in cargo sales, preferably in the air cargo or freight forwarding industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad cargo and logistics market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and industry networking.
