Role Overview

Enterprise Sales Specialist


You will be responsible for owning the entire sales cycle— from lead generation to deal closure— for our enterprise-grade technology and consulting solutions.


Key Responsibilities


Client Engagement & Solution Pitching

Present compelling demos and proposals tailored to enterprise clients, focusing on IT services, digital transformation, and AI-driven solutions.


Strategic Account Management

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key enterprise clients to drive repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.


Business Development

Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.


End-to-End Sales Ownership

Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal solution architects and consultants to deliver customized client solutions.


Market & Competitive Intelligence

Stay updated on market trends and competitive activity to refine go-to-market strategy.


What We're Looking For


  1. Minimum

    2 years of experience

    in

    Enterprise Sales

    , preferably in the IT or technology space
  2. Strong track record of

    meeting or exceeding sales targets

  3. Proficient in

    sales presentations

    ,

    relationship management

    , and

    contract negotiation

  4. Ability to understand client pain points and position value-based solutions
  5. Excellent

    communication and interpersonal skills

  6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
