Client Acquisition & Key Accounts Manager

GCCs (Global Capability Centers) and enterprise clients in India

:

A. Client Acquisition (Hunting)

• Acquire

  new client logos

  for IT recruitment and staffing services, with a strong focus on

  GCCs in India

• Drive end-to-end sales cycle: Lead generation → Prospecting & Pre-sales → Pitching → Negotiation → Contract closure
• Pitch

  Permanent hiring and Contract staffing

  / Turn key solutions to HR and TA Leaders, and business stakeholders

B. Key Account Management (Farming)

• Manage and grow assigned key accounts post onboarding
• Increase wallet share through repeat mandates and contract staffing expansion
• Manage client relationships, renewals, and escalations

C. Internal Coordination

• Partner closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely and quality closures
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and reporting

(a) Must-Have Requirements

• 3 - 10 years

  of experience in

  Client acquisition / Business development for Recruitment or Staffing firms

• Proven track record of

  Closing new client contracts

  for recruitment services
• Hands-on experience with

  IT hiring

  and a Strong understanding of

  permanent hiring and contract staffing (3rd-party payroll)

  commercial models
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a

  target-driven environment

• Immediate or Early Joiners

(b) Good-to-Have

• Experience working with or acquiring

  GCC (Global Capability Center) clients

  in India
• Exposure to

  international markets

  (Middle East, APAC, Canada, USA)
• Strong existing HR / TA decision-maker network
• Experience managing large or strategic enterprise accounts
