Location: Hybrid (New Delhi) / Remote Experience: 2–4 years in B2B Sales to HR/Recruitment Leaders Type: Full-time | Startup Environment What You’ll Do Drive full-cycle inside sales: from lead generation and outreach to product demos and deal closures . Pitch to and build strong relationships with CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, and HR stakeholders . Conduct impactful online product presentations and demos to decision-makers. Build and manage a qualified pipeline, especially in recruitment/staffing or HR SaaS ecosystems . Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and conversion targets. Collaborate closely with the founding and product teams for client feedback and growth initiatives. You Should Have 2–4 years of proven sales experience to the HR fraternity — ideally in: Recruitment or Staffing agencies , or HR Tech / SaaS product sales Strong inside sales abilities with confidence presenting to CXOs . Sound understanding of the recruitment landscape and HR pain-points . Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills . High energy, presentable, and a self-starter with a result-oriented mindset . Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. Highly Desirable Experience in Recruitment Agency Sales or HR SaaS Sales MBA / Graduate from reputed institutes with a strong academic record Prior startup or fast-scaling environment exposure Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Experience: Inside sales: 2 years (Required) in Staffing/ Recruitment sector: 2 years (Required) Location: Delhi, Delhi (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Required) Work Location: In person
