Recruitment Specialist

• Ideally 1 - 3 years of relevant experience

YOUR ROLE will include working across the recruitment cycle, with special focus on sourcing, screening & stakeholder management.

• Review and understand technical job requirements.
• Sourcing through multiple sources, Screening, Interview & evaluate.
• Building talent pipelines to fill a variety of roles and improve 'time to hire'.
• Coordination & following up with multiple stakeholders
• Facilitate salary Negotiations until joining and maintain quality reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• You have at least 6 months to about 3 years of proven experience in Recruitments / Talent Acquisition
• You ideally have 1+ year experience in Technology hiring.
• Sourcing experience using job portals, social Networks / consultants
• Excellent communication skills.
• Looking for immediate / early joiner.

PLEASE NOTE

• Work Location: Green Park, New Delhi 110016 (Work from office). Its a 5 min walk from Green Park Metro station.
• We work Mon-Sat, 10am - 7pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
