About the Role

You will be trained to support end-to-end recruitment for US clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, have strong communication skills, and want to grow in the global staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements for IT and Non-IT positions
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Conduct initial screenings for communication, skills, and availability
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers

Who Can Apply

• Graduates: B.Sc, BCA, BE, B.Tech (any specialization)
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work in the US shift (Night Shift)
• Quick learner with interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Proficiency in MS Office
