Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding.
• Source talent through job portals, social platforms, employee referrals & internal databases.
• Work majorly on non-IT/manufacturing roles such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, R&D, Supply Chain, Purchase, HR, Finance, etc.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job descriptions.
• Maintain daily and weekly hiring reports and ensure closures within defined timelines.
• Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain healthy professional relationships.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience

  (mandatory).

• Experience in staffing industry is mandatory.

• Domestic hiring experience is required.

• Strong experience in non-IT hiring — especially for manufacturing/industrial roles.

• Knowledge of sourcing portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and social media hiring.
• Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills.
• Target-driven and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
