Job Title: Sales Manager – CPaaS/SMS Sales Company: Vinbox Martech Pvt. Ltd. Location: Green Park, New Delhi (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week) Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in CPaaS/SMS/A2P Messaging Sales About Vinbox: Vinbox Martech Pvt. We serve enterprise clients across BFSI, Telecom, E-commerce, EdTech, and Healthcare with cutting-edge platforms such as VinCOM (CPaaS), VinMAX (Marketing Automation) , and AI Bots . Role Overview: We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Sales Manager with deep domain expertise in CPaaS, A2P SMS, and enterprise messaging solutions . The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing enterprise clients, driving strategic sales, and building long-term partnerships with telecom operators and enterprises. Key Responsibilities: Drive B2B enterprise sales for SMS, WhatsApp Business API, and CPaaS offerings Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities in BFSI, E-commerce, Healthcare, and other key verticals Lead client conversations, solution pitches, pricing negotiations, and closures Manage relationships with telecom operators (Airtel, Jio, Vodafone-Idea) for routing and delivery optimization Collaborate with product, pre-sales, and support teams to ensure successful onboarding and retention Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets Track market trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitive positioning Candidate Profile: Required: Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in CPaaS, A2P SMS, or related telecom SaaS Solid understanding of DLT regulations, SMS routing, WABA, and operator integrations Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles Hands-on experience with CRM tools and proposal writing Preferred: Experience working with telecom partners and aggregators Exposure to WhatsApp API sales or enterprise OTT communication Network within BFSI, EdTech, or large retail/e-commerce client.
